Black cloth over boards with title on spine in red and gold design. Slight bumps to lower corners, mild scraping along cloth. Dust jacket about same, minuscule chip to top of spine. A beautiful copy of the poet's last work. 69 pp.

Publisher namesake Lehmann was a British man of letters, publisher of The London Magazine and New Writing (a determinedly anti-fascist output founded in 1936). He was an early champion of many including George Orwell and Christopher Isherwood.
